#ThrowbackThursday remembers the Office #unlockhorns

It’s time for #ThrowbackThursday again!

Following on from last week, I have scrawled through my photos and it’s reminded me of the next big step I took in #goingitalone and #buildingthebusiness post my CEDR qualification.

I found an ideal venue for mediations in the North East should parties be looking for a neutral spot and I decided to take an office space within it. Turns out that business kicked off very quickly and I ended up travelling all over the country and hardly spent much time in the office at all!

I’m now back to a virtual office space and have been working from home, which of course has now developed into mediating remotely. The office space away from home became unnecessary a long time ago, I did keep it as a retreat for a while, somewhere to go to think, to get my head down, and the photo shoot to launch the development of the business at that stage was a rdiculous amount of fun! I was so nervous and all i did was laugh the whole time.

Rosie took centre stage in the board room and definitely looked the part. If she could have talked she would have been shouting “you’re fired” across the table just like Lord Sugar!
