Sam is a solicitor and has been working in the commercial litigation arena for over a decade. She is CEDR accredited, ACTAPS qualified and also holds the STEP certificate for International Trust Disputes. Sam’s niche area of practice is private wealth litigation in both a private client and commercial context.

Her in depth knowledge of the law and the personal and emotional aspects of these cases, allow her to mediate them with specific expertise and understanding of the sensitive issues which tend to drive these matters.

Sam provides expert services with active mediator involvement in resolving disputes. Sam believes in the process and is flexible on fees to work within the parties' budgets and be proportionate to the value of the dispute.
