Mediation Fees | Concentus Mediation

Concentus has a fixed charging model which is set out below. The fees quoted below include preparation time as stated and time spent on the mediation day from 9am - 5pm. Overtime is charged for time spent above and beyond that which is agreed.

If the mediation is to be held in person, as opposed to remotely, then expenses and travel time incurred will be in addition.

The fees below are based on a standard two party dispute.
If the dispute involves multiple parties and/or multiple claims then please contact Samantha Lowe for a bespoke quote.

Fees

OPTION 1: DISPUTES UP TO £1M

£1,650 plus VAT per party

Mediation day from 9am - 5pm

Based on a 2 party dispute.

If in person, then expenses and travel time are in addition.

VAT is payable on all fees.

Fees include a high quality service which includes the mediator’s fees and preparation time of 3 hours.

Payment is to be made 14 days in advance
Parties return signed agreement within 7 days of booking
Reasonable and proportionate preparation is included. It is discussed and agreed at the time of quotation.
Fees will differ for multi party and multi claim disputes.

OPTION 2: DISPUTES OVER £1M

£2,150 plus VAT per party

Fixed Fee Mediation 9am - 5pm

Based on a 2 party dispute.

If in person, then expenses and travel time are in addition

VAT is payable on all fees.

Fees include a high quality service which includes the mediator’s fees and preparation of 5 hours.

Payment is to be made 7 days in advance
Parties return signed agreement within 7 days of booking.
Reasonable and proportionate preparation is included. It is discussed and agreed at the time of quotation.
Fees will differ for multi party and multi claim disputes.
