Sam is a solicitor and has been working in the commercial litigation arena for 18+ years. She is CEDR accredited and has 350+ mediations under her belt, ACTAPS qualified and also holds the STEP certificate for International Trust Disputes. Sam’s niche area of practice is chancery work with a specific focus on contested probate, trusts and estate disputes including in an agricultural context.
