#ThrowbackThursday to my first mediation #unlockhorns

It’s #ThrowbackThursday again! Writing these short blogs certainly makes me realise how quickly the weeks are flying despite not leaving the house!

Today I throwback to the day of my first mediation flying solo! It’s one thing getting the accreditation, it’s another doing observations and then the day comes, to do it alone, it is equally as scary as it is liberating! Sink or swim. Well judge the feedback for yourself! This is it...

“Sam is one of the best mediators that I have used. She understands the complexities in bridging the seemingly unbridgeable gaps and has really good commercial acumen”

To say I was over the moon with a settlement was an understatement, then for this feedback to follow, I was gobsmacked and absolutely ready to face my next mediation with a new confidence and a spring in my step! I still go back to this #testimonial to remind me of what I achieved on the first day that I flew solo.

It was in Liverpool. It was an Inheritance Act claim. It was tricky. It went on for many hours. It settled. I drove home late that night a very tired but a very happy bunny. #unlockhorns

This is the #shamelessselfie I took the morning I set off for Liverpool and I keep it to remind me of that fresh face who was taking a big step into her journey of #goingitalone
