Watch my short Video on Remote Mediation and Confidentiality

In this short video, aimed at parties to a mediation who may have some concerns regarding confidentiality and mediating remotely, I try to give comfort that mediating remotely is just the same from a confidentiality perspective. All parties agree not to record the mediation at a physical face to face mediation and they enter into the same agreement when they mediate remotely. Hopefully this video helps alleviate concerns that any parties have and helps them consider remote mediation as an option to resolving their dispute. #unlockhorns
